Saipan Jungle Fowl

Saipan Jungle Fowl are named after the Island of Saipan located in the South Pacific. They are not classified as a true Jungle Fowl and are not a breed which has been accepted by the Standard of Perfection. They are very tall muscular birds with nearly a vertical carriage, which is very similar to the carriage of Shamos.
